If you don't feel satisfied with your dentist treatment, you should
send your complaints by e-mail or regular letter toMedica Travel.
We will translate your e-mail and send you back a translated answer
from the dentist.
If
it turns out that it is a mistreatment, your dentist should correct
this immediately without extra charges.
If
you and the clinic have different opinions what is right and wrong,
an independent third party dentist will decide. The clinic will
pay for this examination.
