how white can your teeth be?

They who have performed a teeth bleaching are sometimes unhappy with the result, in spite of that the bleaching has given them a whiter smile. The reason is that they have an unrealistic expectation.

Many expect that their teeth should be white as printing paper after the treatment. However your teeth can't have this degree of whiteness. Teeth that have this whiteness look very unnatural.

One rule of thumb is that your teeth can be as white as your eyes.

Do not exaggerate!
You should not exaggerate your bleaching. Maximum once per year is recommended by the dentists.

The tooth colour will stabilize
The tooth colour will stabilize after 2-6 weeks after the teeth bleaching.

How you should keep your teeth white after your teeth bleaching

1.
Brush your teeth twice a day or after every meal.
2.
Use soft tooth brush when you brush with tooth paste. Use whitening tooth paste to get rid of stains.
3.
Visit your dentist regularly.

You can also use Air-Flow to get rid of your tooth stains. A fine beam of air and thin powder of salt "polish" the stains away. It's a very good method to get rid of stains from smoking, red wine, tee, coffee and food. The result remains for 6 months.
